Missing ticket or confirmation email
If you expected a confirmation email or ticket link and nothing has arrived, work through the steps below before trying to pay again.
What this means
Email can be delayed, filtered to junk, or sent to a typo address. Your booking may still exist in My tickets even when email is slow. A missing message does not by itself tell you whether checkout finished — check your account and order status first.
What to do next
- Wait a few minutes and refresh your inbox.
- Search for messages from MyEventLane or the event organiser, including junk and spam folders.
- Sign in with the exact email address you entered at checkout.
- Open My tickets at /my-tickets and look for the event under Upcoming.
- If you see the booking, open View booking and check for ticket links, QR codes, or an assign-tickets step.
- If you checked out as a guest, try signing in or registering with the same email, or use any secure link from an earlier message.
- If you still cannot find the booking, contact MyEventLane support with the event name, date, and your email address. You can also contact the organiser through the event page when details are listed.
Good to know
- Do not submit a second payment unless you are confident no booking was created and the organiser has advised you to try again.
- Ticket QR codes and PDFs may be issued after the initial confirmation when the organiser assigns tickets or issuance is still in progress.
- Support may ask for your booking reference, payment date, or a screenshot of any bank pending charge. That helps them locate the order without guessing about payment status.
